Habang nag-scroll ako sa instagram ko, na-discover ko na meron palang story yung creepy place sa Wanli/Meilun Village. Yung village malapit sa beach pagpunta namin sa Mustang Paragliding. Talagang abandon village na pala siya at ang tawag nila sa lugar na ito ay Wanli UFO Village.

“Created by Finnish architect Matti Suuronen, the Futuro houses arrived on the home design scene in the late 1960s and were gone by the early 1970s. Due to the oil crisis in 1973, it became too expensive to continue building these homes, of which there were less than 100 around the world. Now there is estimated to be about 60 left standing and the largest concentration of Futuro homes in Wanli District, Taiwan. In the same neighborhood is an abundance of Venturo houses, also designed by Suuronen, and also left mostly abandoned worldwide.”

Meron ilan bahay na inayos or may nakatira. Yung lugar kasi may pagka-creepy talaga siya at talagang abandon na. Kaya hindi na din kami masyado lumapit sa mga bahay tapos hindi ko alam na may history din ang lugar na ito. Hindi din siya tourist type na place. Ang main reason din ng pagpunta namin dito ay dahil sa Mustang Paragliding. Next time na bumalik ako dito, mag-picture ako ng close-up. Kapag pumunta kayo, pwede naman magpicture basta wag lang maingay at walang gagalawin na mga gamit sa loob ng bahay.

Yan nasa left side ko yung Wanli UFO Village. Mas maganda sana siya kung hindi na-abandon yung mga bahay tapos beachview. Ang sarap tumira sa ganyan. Makapag-patayo nga din ng vacation house katulad nito, hihi. ^_^
